Joanie Faletto is a leader in tourism social media marketing and the voice behind Choose Chicago’s social presence, overseeing strategy and content for an audience of more than 1.5 million followers across platforms. With 14 years in social media and 4.5 years at Choose Chicago, she has advanced how the organization tells Chicago’s story through creative data-driven social content. Her work bridges strategy and storytelling to connect both visitors and locals — most recently through the launch of All For the Love of Chicago, a city-first social media initiative that debuted in fall 2025.
