Naomi Hattori is Vice President of Tourism and Global Development at Choose Chicago, the city’s official destination marketing organization. In this role, she leads the development and execution of integrated global sales and marketing strategies that elevate Chicago’s profile as a premier international destination.

Since joining Choose Chicago in 2012, Naomi has played a key role in driving the city’s leisure tourism growth and expanding its global reach. Her work focuses on building strategic partnerships, strengthening international market presence, and positioning Chicago competitively amid evolving global travel trends.

Her leadership has earned recognition from leading organizations, including Association Forum’s Forty Under 40, the U.S.-Japan Council’s Emerging Leaders Program (2019), and U.S. Travel’s Destination Marketing Organization Rising Star Award. Naomi holds a B.A. in Psychology from Carleton College.
