Collaborations between hotels and other tourism and hospitality industry-related businesses are proven, effective methods of creating memorable experiences for visitors. One of the Education & Eggs sessions at The Summit, Hotel Partnerships — Win-Wins for the Hotel, the Guest, and Your Business, is designed to show you how to work together in ways that lead to success for all parties.
Phillipe Gills, Chef Concierge at The Langham Chicago, will moderate an expert panel consisting of Yuri Echin, Sales Coordinator at First Hospitality/Hilton; Jasmine Mendez, Director of Sales and Marketing at Nobu Hotel Chicago; and Nabil Moubayed, GM & Regional Director for InterContinental Chicago.
They'll discuss how businesses that serve visitors can partner with hotels, such as through package offers or referrals. You’ll come away knowing what you need to build these partnerships so that they continue to pay off in the short- and long-term.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2026, The Summit (formerly the Hospitality & Tourism Summit) will be held on April 28 at three of the West Loop’s most dynamic venues: Recess, City Hall, and Morgan Manufacturing. Hotel Partnerships will take place at Recess from 10:20-10:45 AM. You can purchase tickets and register for the session here.
Education & Eggs is a mix of networking breakfast and panel discussions for the tourism, hospitality, and events industries. Breakfast is included, thanks to Yolk — your Chicago neighborhood brunch spot since 2006.
