We want to make our community aware of an issue that has recently come to our attention.
Some companies are sending emails to hospitality and tourism businesses claiming to sell attendee lists for the Hospitality & Tourism Summit Chicago.
These messages are not authorized by Ateema Media & Marketing, and the companies sending them have no affiliation with The Summit or our organization.
Ateema does not sell or distribute our attendee database to third parties. Protecting the privacy of our attendees and maintaining trust within the hospitality community is extremely important to us.
Unfortunately, unauthorized list-sale emails are a common issue across many trade shows and industry events. These companies typically scrape publicly available information and then falsely claim access to event databases.
If you receive one of these emails referencing The Summit attendee list, we recommend ignoring the message and reporting it as spam.
If you ever have questions about communications related to The Summit, you are always welcome to contact our team directly.
We appreciate the support of the hospitality community and remain committed to protecting the integrity of the event and the people who attend it.
